My cousions '88 DX four cly. with auto, speedometer is off by +8 mph.
The car has the stock steel wheels and the stock size tires??? The
car has 123,000 miles on it.

Was it ever in a wreck? Was the transmission ever replaced?

It was in a SLIGHT wreck, but the trany was never replaced.

Like a fender bender, no frame or sub frame damage. Fender and
bumper replaced that was it.
