so i'm thinking now of making an intake for my car since its much cheaper and will probably give around the same boost as a retail intake system, but i was wondering which piping i should use.. would a 2 1/2" pipe be better than a 3" because it'd be sucking in more are faster due to the smaller pipe diameter or would it be compromising the intake system because of the bigger v6 engine? maybe hurting the engine?
