I just took my Camry to a Toyota service department. My complaint was that the factory radio on my
2008 Camry LE seems to fade away when I get to a stop light. Then when I accelerate to about 30 to
40mph the bass and volume comes back to normal. I checked my settings and set the ASDL to high.
I have this set on my Nissan radio and it makes no difference when I come to a stop light. The service
mngr called to tell me everything is ok? Is this normal? He said the radio is set up to do this at a stop
light or any other time you are below a certain speed. Is this BS? I just bought this car and I have
never seen or heard of this before. Also, the cabin air button on the AC unit only stays on for about
3 to 4 minutes then goes back to regular air? He said this is also normal for the Camry. My nissan
Titan (04) stays on all the time once I choose to turn it on. Maybe it's just me but I felt like this guy
was a used car salesman blowin smoke up my %$@!!. Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks (IMG:style_emoticons/default/grin.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/00000732.gif)
