Drives: 2008 Toyota Camry SE V6
Location: USA
I just bought a 2008 Camry SE V6 and am really disappointed in the gas mileage. The car has 33K miles and was a certified used car. After two fill ups I have calculated the gas mileage at 17.4 mpg!! I admit that 65-70% of my driving is city driving but these numbers still don't compare to numbers I have found on various websites.

Anyone else with a V6 that can tell me if this is normal and if not, any suggestions for what the cause might be? I traded in my 06 4Runner thinking I would get better gas mileage and so far it is worse.
