Thanx Rotsaruck..
Right now my Solara is at the Toyota Dealer being worked on. I started my
car after
thw whole incident and a lot of black smoke shot out my exhaust. The check
engine light
was still flashing until my car warmed up. After that the light just stayed on.
I took it to a Toyota dealer about 20 mins from my house and they gave me a
hard time
getting a rental car. They also tried to say I put the wrong plugs in my car and
said it
wouldn't be fixed under warrantee. Being upset at this.. I drove past my house
to the
other dealer. 35 minutes later the check engine light began flashing again and
taking off
from a stop was slow. At least I made it to the dealer.
When I spoke to the Mechanic there, he told me that my CAT was fried and
needed to be
replaced. Until then they gave me a 2003 Highlander to drive.., free of charge.
After talking to a co-worker, he mentioned that the CATs should be removed
when
having injectors cleaned. That it causes the parts inside the CAT to burn. He
also says
that the guy shouldn't have had my car reved up past 2000RPMs during the
process.
At any rate, I'm having fun with this Highlander.. Its like an SUV Solara.

hello again...
go back to that oil change center with your bills...force them to
make good on it. if they wont, get a lawyer...they ruined your
cat...any real technician would FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS ON THE CAN!!!!
you idle the vehicle while the cleaner is introduced into the fuel
rail TO PREVENT CAT OVERHEATING...
get a lawyer...
