Electric Problems

Hi, today I encountered a problem with my interior lights. The problem was when i had gotten into my car my clock was reset, so i fixed it to the regular time. Pressed on the top to turn on the light so i can look for my stuff then all the interior lights that i turned on started Flickering, 20 mins later i came back and my clock again was reset. The lights inside my car and trunk had turned off. I was thinking could it be the fuse? What could i do ? Take it to the dealership? BTW if you guys need help modding your camry i can help. I Have DOME LIGHTS(currently not working now), Lowering coils(my cars 2 inches off the ground), Dual halo projectors, Window visors and Tint. I have a small silver rear window spoiler ( Looks JDM), HIDS installed, WITH xxr521 Rims. I will post pics asap after getting my lights fixed. Any suggestions on what i should do with the electrical? 2004 camry le
