HELP!!!! Longer stems for 97 camry |

I recently bought rims for my 97 camry and the
offset is a little off. The back of the tire rubs
against the strut tower. The rims are 18X7.5" and I
lowered my car to about 25cm from center to fender. I'm
looking for longer stems so I can put spacers on and will
probably have to tuck the fender a little. Does anyone
know where I can find longer stems? They're 12X1.5mm
