I''m thinking about getting a 6psi pulley for my S/C 99 Camry V6.

Where would I get one of these? An how much would it cost? Aldo is it safe? Or is that too much boost? Do you think that I might need to make some modifications to my engine to accomodate that much boost? WHat else should I do to protect my engine. If that is too much then what's the safest amount of boost? Thanks for you help guys.

I wouldn't know where to get one of these, but I'm sure you could call Eaton, or Magnachargers (who ever makes the SC) and ask them if they have one. I think it would be fairly safe as long as you keep enough fuel going into the mix to keep detonation down. You could put it on a dyno with a wide band O2 sensor to keep an eye on your Air/Fuel ratio. That should be all you need. If you don't have enough fuel, you are going to need new injectors and possibly a new fuel pump to keep up with the amount of air you are feeding in there. With only 6 lbs of boost I wouldn't think so though, but don't quote me on all this.
