Just bought a new 2007 Camry CE and I was wondering how to hook my mp3 player up to it? Do I need a special jack or something? Does anyone know where I can get it from? I see I have the AUX switch in the storage area underneath the radio, do I need to still tune into an unused radio station?

Go to an electronics store, like Radio Shack, maybe Walmart, and get a MP3 adapter cable. A cheap one purchased for about $7 works well for me. Just buy one that is universal or specific for your player. Attach to your MP3 player and to the AUX jack behind the flip-up panel in front of the gearshift. For another car without an AUX jack, I bought a cassette adapter at Walmart for about $12 and it works fine too.

Hello, I have an I-Pod and this is how I use it. I got a stereo cable (male tips on both ends) I connected one end to my i-pod and the other to the Aux in port under the stereo and in front of the transmittion lever - it is covered). Once I had the two connected, I turned on my i-pod and was able to rock listening to Sonu Nigam and Himesh Reshmiyaa.

Best Wishes

I use my iPod and Sirius Satellite using this method. One issue is that when the power source is connected, I get engine hum. This is usually a result of the power current being to close to the audio line.

Anyone know a way to resolve this?
