Rewiring of Blinker Lights on a 95 Camry |

Hi,<br>I was wondering if it is possible and if
someone knows the procedures to rewiring the blinkers on
the front bumper to be on continously whenever you
turn the headlights on, and still have them just blink
on and off when they are needed to signal (whether
the headlights are on or not). Right now, they only
light up to flash when blinkesr are on. For example, I
would like it
