Taking out the factory stero |

All, I own a 97 Camry, I just brought a JVC CD player, need to replace the
factory radio. How can I take out the original stero. Need Help!

The entire panel is held in by 4 clips. First,
take the ashtray out. Then, easily, start from the
bottom, snap off the right clip, then get your hand in to
grab a hold of the cigarette lighter assembly and snap
off the left side. Finally, work your way up to the
top and snap those two clips off on either side.
Disconnect the lighter plugs and pull out the ashtray light
plug. Use a 10mm socket to remove 4 nuts that hold the
brackets in. Disconnect the antenna plug and radio
harness, and you're done.<br><br> - Luc
