hello Eeryone - I searcTires tireshed for a site about Camrys, 2007s to be specific. I have not quite 12,000 miles, have had the car regularly serviced, oil changes, tire rotations, etc, by Toyota exclusively. Six months ago, a warning light appeared indicating my tires were not inflated properly. A visit to the selling dealer followed, and I was informed I needed four tires. Funny, I had noticed the unusual wear, and even began notiing other Camrys in parking lots. sure enough, those wih Bridgestone tires were almost smooth in spots.
Before I registered and joined this forum, I scanned the comments briefly. apparently, I am not the only one with this problem. Someone named Alan even indicated he was looking to start a class action suit, and had contacted the AG's office. If there is anyone out there who is seriously contemplating bringing this issue to the attention of the publicv and pursuing it with the proper authorities, please let me know by email to shellystein@aol.com. Please state 'tires' in the subject line. I will pursue this, but need to know I have support. |
