I might do something like this on my site in the future.

The problems, as I see them:
--people often include TTL in the price paid, and this amount varies state to state; also, many don't include it
--people have trouble remembering these numbers accurately (I conduct reliability surveys, and the data require a lot of TLC)
--you need a lot of people to make it work well

But the idea is a good one.
