Tranny Rough Shifts, shifting seems "busy" and hard at times

Hello. New here, so apolagize if this was spokent to before. I have a new 11 SE 4cyl auto Seems like the transomssion shifts harder than it should and seems to get c'confused" quite oftem. Also, at 10mph on ititial drive away after starrting it something clunks??
