Trouble With Camry Air Filter Replacement, cannot install v6 engine air filter

Newbie Group: Members Posts: 2 Joined: 25-November 10 Member No.: 1,695 Drives: 2007 camry v6, 2005 camry 4cyl Location: usa	Fooled with air filter for 1 hr. Top of black filter box will not disengage. Cannot remove the top to insert filter even after disengaging the 3 clips. I believe there is some sort of hinge in the rear (at firewall) but I cannot unhook it no matter how I twist etc. Net is no help. If anyone knows how to get the top off please let me know. Thanks in advance.
