Does anyone know where I could find a good deal on a intake for a 95 camry V6LE?

I know RS Akimoto makes one for my 96 V6. Do
these types of intakes make that much of a difference?
I have read a few articles that say they can
downgrade your performance unless they are of the cold air
variety. Is this true?
