Ever since the garage replaced the struts on our 93 Camry--this was a few months ago--we've heard creaking in the rear. You can hear it by applying a mere 20 pounds of pressure on the rear bumper. The garage claims that this is caused by faulty struts; both have now been replaced under warranty, but the creaking is still there. Is this just a matter of incompetent mechanics who don't know how to properly re-install the suspension elements? Or maybe it's just a problem with bushings that need better lubrication?
