Hey whassup everyone...
I bought some 17" silver wheels about a year ago, and everything was
all fine and dandy. Life was great. Yesterday I bought a set of
chrome 17" rims and put them on my car (SAME exact tires I had on the
old rims

I think it might just be your exhaust scraping, but if it didn't
happen before this, I am prolly wrong.

Check if the offset on your new rims is the same as your old rims.
